Audience Development and Film Education

**A pályázat célja és várt eredménye** Expected Impact: Stimulate interest and increase knowledge of audiences in European films, including specific programmes on film heritage, and other audiovisual works including videogames and immersive content Strengthen pan-European cooperation for innovative audience development and film education projects especially using new digital tools Increase pan-European impact and audience outreach Develop film education projects across European and non-European territories Scope: Projects ensuring pan-European cooperation and innovation, based on a robust needs’ analysis of audiences, especially targeting young audiences, using evidence-based strategies, aiming to: - increase interest in, knowledge of and access to audiences, in particular young ones, to European films including dedicated programmes on film heritage and other audiovisual works, - enhance pan-European impact and audience outreach, - promote and increase the contribution of existing European films and audiovisual works, towards audience development, film education and film literacy. Activities should include audience-oriented events and innovative or cross-border film education initiatives. Cooperation between film institutions and existing online platforms is encouraged. Applications should present a thorough analysis of audiences’ and/or markets’ needs, supported by solid evidence. The expected impacts on European audiences and the added value of the proposal’s activities must be clearly outlined, including quantifiable targets. Strategies must be presented to ensure a more sustainable and environmentally respectful industry along with ensuing gender balance, inclusion, diversity and representativeness. Projects are also encouraged to engage audiences in areas where cinema infrastructures are poorly developed (cinema deserts). **Jogosultsági és benyújtási feltételek** "> Conditions 1.
