Tender Match is an intermediary platform: it makes grant calls searchable and connects applicant businesses with grant writers and project managers. The provider is not a grant consultant and accepts no liability for the outcome of an application.

The data in the catalogue comes from public sources and is for information only. The binding information is always the funder's official call — we link to it from every grant's page.

Eligibility (knock-out) filtering is based on the company details you provide. If they are inaccurate or incomplete, so is the result of the filtering. Eligibility is always finally decided by the funder.

Registration is free. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide. One person may use one account; sharing an account is prohibited.

For applicants, search, eligibility filtering and Grant Alerts are free.

Expert features are credit-based. A credit is the platform's internal unit of value; it is not a substitute for money and cannot be exchanged for cash. The first expert offer is free; after that, sending an offer costs 5 credits, and editing it is free. A successful answer to a question about a call costs 2 credits, and a working draft of a grant application (AI draft) 5 credits. No credits are deducted for a failed generation. Further prices (unlocking client details 2 credits, AI document analysis 1 credit) take effect when the service concerned is introduced; until then nothing is deducted. To prevent abuse, questions about calls and drafting can be used for at most 30 requests per user in any 24 hours.

Chatting with the assistant (the site's chat helper) is free: without signing in it can be used for 5 questions every 24 hours, and signed in for at most 200 messages a day; it may be paused temporarily when its overall daily allowance is reached. Its answers are for information only; the binding information is the funder's official call. A question about a call and a grant draft are the assistant's two writing tasks: they are written by a language model (AI draft), at the credit prices above (free during the launch promotion).

The free trial is provided by trial credits and a trial offer. Paid subscriptions renew monthly. You can cancel at any time, and the subscription stays active until the end of the current period. Credits granted remain on your balance until they are used.

We issue an electronic invoice for every successful payment and forward it to the Hungarian Tax Authority's online invoicing system (NAV Online Számla).

The launch promotion runs until the end of 30 November 2026, Budapest time. During the promotion every feature priced in credits is free: sending offers and the AI features deduct no credits, and the Grant Alerts tailored to the company profile are available to every applicant without a subscription.

During the promotion, signed in, you can report bugs, unclear parts and your suggestions through the bug and idea link in the assistant's panel, from the promotion bar, or by email to info@tendermatch.hu. The provider may grant credits for accepted reports and suggestions. The provider decides at its own discretion which reports count as accepted and how many credits they earn. Credits granted cannot be exchanged for cash.

The promotion does not reduce your credit balance. Credits granted during the promotion do not expire when it ends; afterwards they can be used at the prices set out in section 4.

As this is a digital service, the right of withdrawal ends once performance has begun — that is, once credits are used. Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.

An offer request does not create a contract. The platform passes the offers on; the service contract is concluded directly between you and the expert you choose, and the platform is not responsible for its content or performance.

By requesting offers you consent to our sharing the relevant details of your company profile with the experts contacted and, when you choose one, your contact details with the chosen expert.

It is prohibited to scrape the platform's data by automated means, to send unsolicited messages to other users, to list false references, and to bypass the platform in order to avoid paying fees.

The service is provided “as is”. Except for intentional damage and damage to life, physical integrity or health, the provider's liability is limited to the fees paid by the user concerned in the 12 months before the claim is made.

We notify you by email at least 15 days before a material change to these Terms takes effect. These Terms are governed by Hungarian law.
